General Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me, you agree to adhere to these policies.

• Heavily Muscled CharactersReferences and Editing• Image references are required. Text-only descriptions will not be accepted.
• You, the commissioner, are responsible for clear, concise, and accurate references and descriptions.
• You may resubmit your request if I have not started the commission. Submit the new form with all updated information.Intellectual Property Rights• I retain full ownership and copyright of the commissioned artwork unless stated otherwise in writing.
• You may use the artwork for personal display (icons, banners, wallpapers, etc.) with credit.
• Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless a commercial agreement is made.
• Commissioned pieces may not be edited, recolored, or altered by anyone—including the commissioner—without my explicit permission.Payment• I accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, or Ko-fi.
• Full payment is required upfront before I begin your commission.
Time Frame• The maximum turnaround time is 4 weeks.
• Delays may occur due to life or work obligations, but I will communicate any major changes.Refund Policy• Full refunds are available within the first 1–2 weeks if work has not started.
• If I’ve started your commission, a partial refund will be issued based on how much work has been completed.
• Painted commissions are non-refundable once the painting process has begun.

Work In Progress• WIPs are available upon request.
• WIPs will include watermarks and are not final.
• After WIP approval, further changes are at my discretion.DesignsBy purchasing an adoptable or custom design from me, you agree to the following terms:• Resale Limits
You may not resell the adopt/design for more than the original purchase price unless the design includes additional commissioned artwork (with proof of value). Reselling above the purchase price without justification may result in blacklisting.• No Unauthorized Edits
You may not alter or edit the original artwork (including colors, lineart, or markings) without prior consent. Cropping or resizing for icons or banners is allowed, but changing the integrity of the art itself without permission is not allowed. Violations may result in a blacklist.• Credit Requirements
You must credit me (the original artist/designer) when posting or using the design publicly. Please link back to my Toyhou.se or social media where possible.• Design Ownership
Once purchased, the character design is yours to use for personal purposes (e.g., roleplay, art, stories). However, commercial use (e.g., merchandising, monetized media) requires a separate commercial license agreement.• No Trading or Gifting to Blacklisted Users
Please do not trade, gift, or sell designs to users who are on my blacklist. Doing so may result in both parties being blacklisted.Artistic Rights• I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, gallery, or promotional materials.
• You may use your commission for personal, non-commercial purposes only with proper credit.
• You may not use my artwork for NFTs, AI training, or any commercial or exploitative purposes without permission.Disclaimer• I reserve the right to refuse or refund any commission at any time if I feel I cannot complete it.
• I reserve the right to update or clarify these terms at any time to protect both artist and commissioner.
